At MindEase, we prioritize user privacy and ensure you maintain full control over your personal data. Below are instructions on how to access and delete the data associated with your use of the MindEase mobile application.
1. Deleting Your Local Journal and Log Data
By design, all personal mood logs, anxiety track entries, triggers, journal entries, and positive affirmations are stored strictly locally on your device's internal database. This data is not uploaded to our servers.
How to delete local data:
- Uninstall the App: Uninstalling the MindEase application from your device will permanently erase all local databases, preferences, and saved logs.
- Clear App Storage:
- Open your device's Settings.
- Navigate to Apps or Application Manager.
- Find and select MindEase.
- Tap on Storage.
- Tap Clear Data and Clear Cache. This will restore the App to its initial state, permanently removing all logged data.
Note: Once local data is cleared or the App is uninstalled, this data cannot be recovered.
2. Deleting Community Posts
