Effective Date: July 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how KodeSehari/KodesHari ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the MindEase mobile application ("the App").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Local Data
Your privacy is of the utmost importance. Most of the data you enter into MindEase—including your daily mood logs, anxiety levels, custom descriptions, triggers, journal entries, and calming thoughts—is stored locally on your mobile device using secure local database storage. We do not transmit this personal journal data to any external server.
1.2 Community Posts
If you choose to use the community feature to post text content or words of encouragement, these posts are published anonymously. Please refrain from including any personally identifiable information in your public posts. Community post text is sent to our servers to facilitate the shared feed.
1.3 Automatically Collected Data
When you access or use the App, we may automatically collect certain diagnostic and performance information, including:
- Device information (model, operating system version, unique device identifiers).
- App crashes, error logs, and performance metrics.
2. Third-Party Services
The App incorporates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to support advertising and in-app subscriptions. These third parties collect and process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, location data, and ad interaction metrics to personalize or optimize ads. For details, please visit Google's Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat (purchases_flutter): Used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchase validation. RevenueCat may process transactional IDs and subscription status. For details, please visit RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
3. Data Deletion and Retention
Since your journal and check-in logs are stored locally on your device, you can delete this data instantly at any time by clearing the App's cache/data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
If you have posted to the anonymous community feed and wish to request the deletion of a specific post, please refer to our Data Deletion Instructions or contact us directly at the email address provided below.
4. Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect any data processed by the App. However, please secure your mobile device with a passcode or biometric lock to prevent unauthorized access to your local journal entries.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date.
